Michael Chamblee
Military brat turned Madison resident, Michael Chamblee, brings over 15 years of IT expertise to ICS, originally focusing on the legal and engineering industry but has primarily moved to healthcare with ICS. He thrives on tackling IT challenges and cherishes the opportunity to rebuild failing networks, restoring user trust and confidence. When not troubleshooting, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, exploring the outdoors, playing video games, drawing, and relaxing with movie nights. He values ICS’s commitment to family first and their unmatched respect for personal well-being, with a bonus that they throw a mean Christmas party!
Dwayne Snow
Coming from Georgia, Dwayne Snow now calls West Monroe, Louisiana home. Dwayne has had a passion for technology since 1995 and with a degree from Griffin Technical College in Griffin, Georgia, he brings over 25 years of experience in the computer and networking world to ICS. Driven by the challenge of finding solutions and the satisfaction of resolving user issues, Dwayne is a valuable asset to our team. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, involved in his church community, or delving into historical pursuits.
Zach Purser
Having lived in Mississippi his whole life, Zach is from Clinton but has called Brandon is home for the last four years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, and brings 10 years of IT knowledge to ICS. His past work experience includes working as a Network Administor for two different local businesses, for both government and non-profit industries. Zach has been apart of the ICS team for the past three years. He enjoys being involved in his church community, hanging out with family, and playing videos games (if times allows!) One of his favorite things about ICS is that he’s not confined to a cubicle, gets to interact with his clients and build relationships with them!
Detrick Johnson
Meet Detrick! He is one of our IT Specialists who is from and currently lives in Clinton, Mississippi. His educational background consists of degrees in both Computer Science and Psychology. Some of Detrick’s hobbies involve fishing, reading history/theology books, and playing pickleball and guitar. One of his favorite aspects of working at ICS is the relationships he builds with clients. Detrick enjoys getting to know everyone’s personalities and making sure they have what they need to get their jobs completed.
Chris Livingston
Chris comes to ICS from Parchman, Mississippi and now calls Madison his home. His educational experience includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Delta State University, and holds 11 years of knowledge in the IT field. He loves the quote “if you love what you do, then it isn’t really work” and believes it couldn’t be more true. Some of his hobbies include spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, gaming, woodworking, and reading science fiction. Two of his favorite things about working at ICS the past four years is being able to grow within the company and helping clients with IT-related issues.
Dennis Watkins
Dennis is the proud owner and founder of ICS – Innovative Computer Solutions. He is originally from Alabama but has lived in Madison, Mississippi since 2002.
Dennis has roughly 28 years of experience in the Information Technology field, which includes attending the following educational institutions: Enterprise State Community College, Dothan Technology Center, and the University of South Alabama.
One of his most loved aspects of the IT industry is that it’s constantly changing and getting better. There is a continual challenge for his team members to stay on top of all the new tech available.
When not at ICS, he enjoys coaching baseball, fishing, watching college sports, and spending time with his wife, Joanna, and other family & friends. Not to mention he likes beating his sons Corey (17) and Gavin (14) and their friends at ‘MLB The Show’ on PlayStation.
Fun Fact: Dennis started coaching baseball when Corey was 3 and coached just about every team his sons played on until high school. If he wasn’t in the IT field, Dennis believes he would have become a baseball coach!
Scott Borden
Originally from Jackson, Scott now lives in the Brandon/Reservoir area with his family. He has been working in the information technology (IT) field for the past 21 years. When he is not helping clients with their internet & cloud issues, Scott loves hanging out with his family, playing guitar, and plotting to take over the world (ha!) If Scott had to pick a favorite aspect of his job, it would definitely be working with technology in general. It is a special field to be in and only keeps growing and getting better!
Brent Milner
Formally from the Vicksburg area, Brent now calls Gluckstadt, MS home. He has worked in the IT field for the past 18 years. When Brent isn’t assisting clients at ICS, he loves to be at home practicing guitar, watching movies, and playing video games. His favorite thing about ICS is that he gets to work with technology every day!
Marcus Craft
Say hello to IT Specialist, Marcus Craft! He is originally from the Hattiesburg, MS area but now lives in Brandon, MS.
Marcus went to high school at North Forrest High School in Hattiesburg and later received a college football scholarship to play at Jackson State University. He received his undergraduate degree in Recreation Administration and master’s degree in Physical Education from JSU. He bring 15 years of experience to ICS in the IT field.
Marcus’ favorite hobbies include coaching his children in their sports endeavors and playing video games in his spare time.
Ryan Cheeks
Ryan is originally from Calhoun, Louisiana but now lives near the beach in Daphne, Alabama. He has been working in the Information Technology field for the past 13 years. When Ryan’s not helping clients at ICS, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and camping with his wife and two dogs.
Justin Bell
Justin was born and raised in Monroe/West Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Justin has a beautiful family with two daughters. When he’s not slangin’ keyboards and mice, Justin enjoys spending time coaching his kids’ tee-ball teams and rooting for the Neville Tigers.
Sam Blanton
Meet ICS’s newest Desktop Support Specialist, Sam Blanton! Sam is from Meridian, Mississippi, and now calls Jackson, Mississippi, his home. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in cybersecurity, Sam brings two years of invaluable experience in the IT industry to his role.
On weekends, he enjoys coding programs, tinkering with computers, and playing the role of a backyard mechanic. What captivates Sam the most about his job and the industry is the perpetual learning curve; he thrives on the daily challenge of staying ahead in a field that never allows complacency, finding joy in overcoming new obstacles, and embracing the ever-evolving nature of technology.
